Beauty products come and go but only the most amazing ones will last (or at least until they’re being discontinued). The beauty addicts in Fashionese Daily are always curious of what everyone’s makeup and facial skincare products are. We love to hear about your best makeup and facial skincare products.

There are 31 questions that you need to fill out, divided into 5 categories, namely:

1. Face complexion products
2. Face makeup products
3. Eye makeup products
4. Lip products
5. Skincare

Here are a couple of things you need to know first before you fill out our survey:

1. Know the brand name and product name. It’s important because it will help us tally up the result.
2. It would be helpful if you could give us the shade name too, if it’s available. Some of the products that we listed on our survey have shade available too. Although it’s not compulsory, it would help us narrow down the most favourited shade from our reader. For instance, for blush, please also mention the name of your favourite shade.
3. It’s not mandatory to fill out every single field, skip the one that you think is irrelevant for you and fill out those that you think are relevant, although we do appreciate survey completeness.
4. You can only take the survey once, so think about your answer carefully, girls. I know it could be tough in naming ‘the one’, that’s why we need your input.

People usually start their new year with ‘New Year’s Resolution’. I have plenty every year. Each year I promise myself this and that only to find myself not even complying to half of what’s on my list. But you know what? It doesn’t stop me from making a new one each passing year. Believe me, I’ve seen plenty of new years already

Anyway, one thing for sure that I would love to do in 2013 is to write ‘Editor’s Letter’ more religiously in the beginning of each month. I actually started writing one back in April, but I kept on forgetting to write it each of the following months. Editor’s Letter is one dedicated post where we actually communicate with you all on what our plans are for the month ahead – editorial-wise and event-wise. Because afterall, Fashionese Daily is not just about the readers who read our articles day in day out, but it’s also about the community housed at Female Daily. And nothing excites us more than the events where we could meet Female Daily members face to face and have a real chat. Each month, we have plenty of events planned out for you all where they will cater for different interests within the forum.

5 years!

In fashion, if a particular style of bag is still around after 5 years, it will be considered a classic. And we like to think it that way to when it comes to female behavior in the online world. Picture sharing it’s not just a trend but it has become a habit of our everyday life . It’s such a confidence booster to receive compliments on the outfit we’re wearing or the red lipstick we’re sporting. It’s also heart warming to find out that someone else is inspired by you to wear certain style or buy certain items.

Unfortunately, the forum is quite limiting for picture-sharing activity. Therefore, we see the need to facilitate a kick ass platform that makes uploading and browsing pictures easier, faster and of course more fun. We even take it up a notch by giving more features that we couldn’t possibly provide in the forum. In Clozette Daily,  you can create a specific folder/collection for your favorite things such as..’Little Black Dress’ collection. Or how about a folder filled with your ‘NARS blushes’ collection and then have all the ladies drool all over them? You can even create your own wishlist for better shopping management. After reading Affi’s Tutorial from Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim 2013 Runway Looks, it inspired me to try the Double The Liner, Double The Fun Look.  I am a huge fan of eyeliner, I think I wear it almost every single day. So this particular look is definitely a must try for me!  I know this is probably too much to wear at the office but I think it’s okay to wear such a bold look to work once in a while like I do.  And of course this look is perfect for a night out with our dearest friends or the special one.

I’ve tried to interpret this look with my style, the point is to make it wearable from day to night time. I really love how the double liner makes my eyes look more noticable.  *Confession of sipit eyes* Turned out, it’s an easy look to do.
