• To join the contest, please take picture wearing your Chino-Inspired items (It doesn't have to from Banana Republic) and submit it here.
• You can submit as many photos as you wish to increase your chance of winning.
• Include a short description about your photo (what is the theme, where did you wear the outfit, etc). Be as creative as possible!
• Ask your friends to rate for your picture (They can win vouchers, too!)
• Live in Chino Challenge contest is open from 10th -23rd March, 2010.
• The winners of this challenge have to attend Banana Republic - Live n Chino launching event on March 25, 2010 in Grand Indonesia.
• By participating in the contest, you are warranting that you own the photograph and that it is original, non-professional, neither previously published nor having won any other award whatsoever
• By submitting the entry, you agree and hereby releases contest holder and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents, officers and directors from any and all liability or responsibility arising in connection with your participation in the contest or as to any prize(s) which may be awarded.
• Contest holder reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject and disqualify any nude photograph/comment or those photographs/comments which are deemed in its sole discretion to be obscene, profane, offensive, lewd, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate.
• Contest holder assumes no responsibility for entries unable to be processed for any technical reason and further reserves the right to cancel the contest if it. becomes technically corrupted or because of unauthorized human intervention. Contest holder reserves the right in the event of such cancellation to award the prize to an eligible, non-suspect entry received prior to cancellation.
• You agree that entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission for contest holder to have the option of using the name, hometown, likeness, photograph, voice and statements of you in any winning photograph. Such use will be without compensation and may be for editorial, public relations, promotional or advertising purposes, or any other purpose as deemed reasonable by contest holder. Documentation of such permission may be requested by contest holder, and failure to provide such documentation will result in forfeiture of any winner status and/or prize.

Winner and Prizes

We will pick three winners (Two winners from Banana Republic and One winner from the highest rated photo) to win IDR 1,000,000,- Banana Republic Vouchers and the exclusive invitation for Banana Republic -- Live in Chino Launching on March 25, 2010 at Grand Indonesia.

Every participation in the site will give you points that can be redeemed for Banana Republic Vouchers.

• Upload picture: 10 points
• Leave comments in the photo: 5 points
• Rate photos: 5 points

Every 50 points you receive -- IDR 50,000 vouchers. You can combine those vouchers all the way to IDR 250,000 for each transaction.
